The extremely light material used to produce SUECOS is called X-CELL. Its technologically advanced structure offers almost endless opportunities to create a shoe with multiple qualities and characteristics. During the production, the X-CELL is controlled by high-tech machinery that strictly controls the production process and hence, ensures precision and consistently high quality. The material is injected into the mold at a temperature of 180 degrees and is heated during a few minutes to obtain its form. It could be described as if the molecules of the material pass from random chaos to an ordered chain of small cells that trap air within them.
When the mold opens automatically, the material expands, almost explosively, before obtaining its final shape led by the machinery. Thanks to the advanced characteristics of the mold, patented globally, the quality obtained at the end of the production process is excellent.
